Yoga Therapeutics: Calm the Mind, Strengthen the Body

Please join us for Yoga Therapeutics which is especially designed for those with chronic pain, health conditions, rehabbing injuries, and other health concerns. Each class begins with deep breathing exercises to diffuse stress. Next, blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are used to support you as you are assisted through a gentle and painless practice. Traditional poses are expertly adapted to allow your mind to calm, joints to align, and muscles to lengthen and strengthen. Our practice ends with guided relaxation to alleviate pain and heal from within. All are welcome.

No yoga experience is necessary. Excellent for beginners to learn body awareness and proper alignment, as well as for experienced practitioners to take their practice to a new and deeper level.
